Benzy Shiftan, Esq., Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board & CEO.

Major. (Res.) in the IDF, Mr. Shiftan has extensive entrepreneurship experience, investing and founding of Israeli high-tech ventures. He has also extensive business development experience. He has founded, invested and managed various successful companies and high-tech ventures, and been involved in numerous entrepreneurial ventures, M&A and private placement transactions for Israeli high-tech companies. Since the 11/9/2001 joined as Co-Founder to this field of Homeland Security, which led to TraceTech Security’s proprietary technology.

Robert Roach, PhD, Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Roach is the co-inventor of TTS’s proprietary technology, with over a decade of experience in Explosive Detection. Dr. Roach is recognized international expert in explosives trace collection and detection, and holds several patents in trace collection, process optimization and other fields.
Dr. Roach is an expert in Physics, Aerodynamics, and Mathematics through Differential Equations, with over 25 years of university level teaching. As a Professor at several U.S. Universities and technology institutes, he has published over 40 technical papers and conference proceedings, and co-authored the well-known textbook: "Basic Aerodynamics". Dr. Roach is a retired USAF Lt. Col., worked primarily at USAF Flight Dynamics Lab, and is also a private pilot.


Arik Arad, President of US Operations

Mr Arad is President of Arocon ( as well as operating advisor to Pegasus Capital Advisors LP. Mr. Arad has multifaceted experience in the security arena in a career spanning over three decades.  He has been involved in creating and implementing new security guidelines, programs and innovative concepts internationally and domestically (US) in both the public and private sectors.  His unique expertise was evidenced by his participation, at the request of former President Bush, on the Presidential Committee on Aviation and on several Congressional Committee hearings on the subject. He has planned and implemented tailor-made security solutions for public facilities such as airports, commercial and private airlines, government installations, commercial buildings and shopping centers. He has also established an expertise in creating and implementing business development strategies by identifying defense and security companies for acquisition, conducting due diligence on same and then managing acquired companies to expand the parent company’s portfolio domestically and internationally.

Peter Harris, VP US Operations

What's this is a leader and well-known expert in the aviation security industry, Peter has extensive senior-level management experience with both public and private companies. Peter started the security business at Analogic in his capacity as President of an Analogic subsidiary, International Security Systems (ISS), later served as the President  & CEO of Rapor, Inc., spent five years at American Science & Engineering (AS&E), an international manufacturer of x-ray inspection systems, as VP Sales & Marketing and as a Board member.
As a commercial pilot and naval aviator, Peter is no stranger to aviation and security related issues. He amassed over 2000 hours and 400 carrier landings during a 22-year naval aviation career, which included command of a Reserve A-6 Squadron. 

Adi Shpigel, Senior Consultant for BizDev & Product

Major. (Res.) in the IAF, CEO & Co-Founder  at Verifity LTD. a marketing and business development expert with extensive knowledge of product and UI design. He served as BizDev in PwC Israel, product UX in Amobee, CMO in Symlink Technologies and performed various Consultant positions in leading Israeli and global companies. 


Dr. Moti Gross, PhD VP Business Management

Dr. Moti Gross, has been involved in the security industry for over 15 years. Previously, Dr. Gross headed the Business Management for companies such as LDS, an explosive detection company, ITL, specializing in advanced electro-optic solutions  in the fields of counter-terrorism, special operations’ equipment, tactical measures for infantry warfare and solutions for paramilitary challenges and the MIKAL group, one of the largest private defense groups in Israel. Dr. Gross has also gained expertise in Federal Grant industry. Dr. Gross is also lecturer in Economics and Finance at the Bar Ilan University and HIT- Holon Institute of Technology.

Assaf Hefetz, LT. Gen. (Ret.), Head of the Security Advisory Board

Mr. Hefetz, formerly Israel's police commissioner, the head of the Israeli renown counter terror unit, ("YAMAM CTU") and a decorated officer, joined TraceTech Security's management, as the head of its advisory board, leading the consulting group that consists of experienced veterans of several security agencies.

Dr Lyle Malotky, Advisory Board

Dr  Lyle Malotky, is  senior and most appreciated technology expert, former Chief Scientific and Technical Advisor at the Transportation Security  Administration (TSA). Dr. Malotky worked at the TSA and FAA for 19 years (until 2011) evaluating explosive detection technologies. During his tenure, he received the Presidential Design Award for Trace explosive Detection Technology Development. Early in his career, Dr Malotky  worked in research and development at the Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Center where he developed tools to detect, identify, and defeat explosives.  He holds a BA in Chemistry from Augsburg College, a Masters of Engineering Administration from George Washington University, and a Ph.D  in Polymer Science from the University of Akron.

For The memorial of Dr. Fredy Ornath, Co-founder, President & Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Ornath is the inventor of TTS’s proprietary technology, with 15 years of experience in Explosive Detection. Dr. Ornath is a recognized international expert on explosives detection and holds several patents in the field. Dr .Ornath is a physics and metallurgy expert who was among the founding technology team designed the famous Israeli MERKAVA tank. In between Dr .Ornath served as an associate professor  at the Technion – Israeli Institute of Technology.
